The Mangold Group provides customized one-on-one QuickBooks training with the client in the client’s hosted QuickBooks file with reference to the client’s source documents. Training sessions are held at the firm conference room and are 1.5 to 2 hours each.
QuickBooks training provided by The Mangold Group may be included in an Accounting Services Agreement schedule of services or provided at the standard hourly rates. If a client elects to pre-purchase a package of ten hours of training, the firm will provide a 10% discount of the standard hourly rates.
Below are QuickBooks training classes and QuickBooks support links that we recommend to provide training of the basic functions. After a client completes a QuickBooks class, a CPA at The Mangold Group can provide a much greater value in the QuickBooks customized training time with a focus on specific processes of the client’s business.
These classes are inexpensive and are scheduled frequently. We recommend that you check the site for current calendar of classes early as some classes fill up.
Intuit offers training by online, CD / DVDs, and a live classroom. The fees are little higher, but the availability and ease may be beneficial. The on-demand method provides you the ability to refer back to the material, and you can pull up the QuickBooks training program while you are performing your work in your QuickBooks file. You also have the option to take the classes in small chunks.
